Refund policy

At Lotea Studio, we want you to love your pieces.  Due to limited inventory and the nature of our collections, all sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: hello@loteastudio.com

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains/odors
  • Original tags attached

Once approved, exchanges or store credit may be issued at the discretion of Lotea Studio.
